The Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP) is a 360 degree multi-rater survey feedback instrument that is reaching prominence through its selection for—and use in—Notre Dame's "Executive Integral Leadership Program." Notre Dame's selection was based on an exhaustive national search of feedback tools that could match the depth of this innovative and spiritually explicit program. The feedback and insight that participants gain during that program has led to TLCP being one of the highest rated components of their week-long Notre Dame experience.

The Leadership Circle Profile is among the best assessment tools I’ve come across. The Reactive—Creative Balance differentiates it from the others. This framework not only does a good job pointing out the areas for improvement, but also invites a deeper inquiry into the underlying beliefs a person holds that contribute to their reactive tendencies that reduce leadership effectiveness. I also think the picture that is created with the circular, graphic representation of the data is profound.
